ADM Foundation (ADMF), the CSR implementing arm of ADM Group was founded as a Sec. 8 (Not for Profit) company, in the year 2018. With a commitment towards society, the Foundation aspires to enable sustainable communities by empowering individuals. We firmly believe that inclusive education and skilling to ensure secure and sustainable livelihoods will help us achieve our vision. The promoters are committed to women's empowerment through employment and diversity and inclusion through the engagement of individuals

Our mission has always been adaptive to the need of the hour. We are determined to create a future of equal opportunities and respect for all — our planet and people. Working with young minds, helping them transition from reliance to independence, is our sole focus.
The ADM Foundation is currently working with 5600 young girls and boys to transform their lives.

The ADM skill development center has, to date, skilled and is skilling several youths. With a notable placement record, we continue to skill youth both men and women to develop secure and sustainable employment opportunities.
From planting trees inside and in the vicinity of the factories to deploying solar panels that significantly reduce carbon emissions and energy generation, the ADM Foundation is determined to make a positive environmental impact.
Through the Foundation, we focus on training and upskilling women, as well as sponsoring education for the girl children in the areas of our operations. The growing number of women employees at our plants is a positive assurance.
Community cohesion and solidarity are at the heart of the ADM Foundation. Besides labour employment from nearby villages, we are also determined to execute timely requirements such as regular blood donation camps, vaccination drives, facilitating enrollment in government schemes, etc.
